Top-ten warmest meteorological winter

According to the National Weather Service in Detroit, MI (NWS Detroit)...
Southeast Michigan experienced a top-ten warmest meteorological winter (Dec-Jan-Feb) on record with temperatures around 5 degrees above normal on average. The season was on the wetter side as well with below normal snowfall.
